SHANLON WU is a former federal prosecutor who served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C. for over ten years. From 1999 – 2000, he was Counsel to Attorney General Janet Reno, advising her on criminal and civil investigations.
JULIE GROHOVSKY is a former federal prosecutor who served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C. from 1991 - 2001. From 2001 - 2004, Julie served as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the Inspector General for the Department of Justice, where she investigated allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse within the Department and its components, including the FBI.
DOUGLAS J. WHIPPLE is a transactional lawyer who has practiced at Jones Day’s offices in New York, Frankfurt, Budapest, and Washington, D.C. Doug left Jones Day in 2003 to start a private practice focused on technology companies, and he has since been involved in myriad patent, trademark, and transaction cases involving technology companies.
